Shipping & Returns


We deliver products nationally and internationally, thus all of our products are professionally wrapped. All packages are sent by trustworthy courier services such as FedEx, Delivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, DHL, and others. Shipping costs will be determined by the location where the order was placed. The product will be dispatched within 10-12 (National) 15-20 (International) working days after the order is placed.

Refunds & Returns

We’re sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase! However, there may be times when you need to return anything. We strive to make the procedure as straightforward as possible. These conditions have no bearing on your legal rights.

If you want to return your products, you can do so within 7 days after receiving them. But first, send an email to Customer Service with your full name and order number. The items must be brand new and unused. The cost of the products will be refunded, however shipping expenses will not be refunded.

We’ll do our best to process any returns as quickly as possible. And if you received your purchase with the exterior packing tampered with/meddled, please snap a photo of it and send it to us.

Once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when shipped to you, we will refund the amount straight to the credit/charge card or PayPal account used to place the original transaction within 30 days or sooner. You will only be responsible for the products’ shipping charges.

Undelivered Orders

If a COD order is not delivered for any reason, or if the customer refuses to accept the order, the COD facility will not be available to that customer in future orders, and all COD orders for that customer will be cancelled. If a prepaid purchase is not delivered due to an incorrect address/pin code/mobile number, a refund will be issued after deducting the forward and return shipping expenses.
